This workshop is tailored for anyone looking to enhance their stress management skills — whether you're a professional, student, caregiver, or just someone who experiences stress in everyday life.

What you'll learn and experience:

  • Identifying Stressors: Learn to recognize the sources of your stress and understand both the physiological and psychological effects it has on you.

  • Practical Stress Management Techniques: Implement various strategies to moderate stress, such as guided meditation, stretching exercises, reframing, and positive mindset techniques.

  • Interactive Activities: Get hands-on experience by identifying your personal stressors and trying out different stress management techniques during the workshop.


The goal is to equip you with practical tools and strategies to effectively manage stress in both your personal and professional life. To fully benefit from the workshop, an English level of B2 is suggested.

The workshop will be led by Annie, a student at the University of Economics and Management in Prague, where she studies managerial psychology. She will be starting her third year in September 2024. Annie also works as an HR manager for the Safezóna project, a partner initiative of KAMDU under the nonprofit organization Butterflies For Future, which focuses on destigmatizing mental health among young people. Additionally, she is an Internal Validator for IPSOS. In her free time, Annie enjoys dancing, yoga, and pilates, with her favorite dance styles being MTV dance, contemporary, vogue, and heels.
